Sligo Seal Roundel

A unique, traditionally prepared, stained glass panel handmade in the North West of Ireland.  This glass has been reusche painted, fired in a glass kiln, and framed using soldered lead came. 

Each roundel - approx 5 inches in diameter - is inspired by coastal life in County Sligo, and The Caretaker, a poem dedicated to all caretakers of the sea.

You can choose between sunset orange and sky blue glass, and a clear glass border or borderless.

No two panels are exactly the same due to the handmade nature of each piece, and sometimes little creative flurries taken by the maker.

The panel is provided with chain for hanging on a suitable fixed, weight bearing hook/nail near a preferred light source. Please note as this product contains lead it should be kept out of reach of children, and hands should be washed after handling.

This panel will be shipped through the national postal service - An Post.
